QC Profile

Quality is the core competitiveness of cosmetic packaging manufacturers. Strict quality control must run through the whole production process from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery.

First of all, we conduct full inspection of incoming materials. All raw materials such as aluminum, plastic resin, PET pellets and accessories will be tested for material composition, appearance, size and physical performance. Unqualified materials are rejected directly and not allowed to enter the production line.

During production, we implement in-line patrol inspection. Operators carry out self-inspection at each process, and professional QC staff sample products regularly to monitor printing effect, surface finish, dimension tolerance, leak resistance and assembly performance. Any abnormal issue will trigger immediate production halt for troubleshooting to avoid batch defects.

After production, finished goods will go through final inspection. We check appearance flaws, color consistency, printing clarity, sealing performance and packaging integrity according to customer standards and relevant industry specifications. Only qualified products can be packed and arranged for shipment.

Besides routine inspections, we keep complete quality records for traceability. We also continuously optimize our QC system, train quality team and update testing equipment. Our goal is to reduce defect rate steadily and provide .safe, stable and high-quality cosmetic packaging for customers.
