                 BOTTLE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

1. Customer provides customization requirements, please inform us:

• Product to be filled inside the bottle

• Required capacity

• Preferred cap/pump style

2.We formulate a dedicated packaging solution

We will design a targeted packaging solution according to your requirements.

If you want to open the mold , we will offer the drawing and 3D sample for your approval .

3.Customer approves the packaging solution.

You check and confirm the finalized packaging solution.

4.We offer die-line drawing (printing area).

We send you the die-line file (drawing showing exact printing area).

5.Customer arranges artwork layout

You put the outlined artwork on the printing area and send it back to us.

6.Print artwork confirmation.

We send the finalized print-ready artwork to you for final approval before printing.

7.Sample production & confirmation.

We produce 10–20 pieces of finished samples for your inspection and confirmation

8.Mass production arrangement .

Once samples are confirmed, we start mass production within 40 days.

1.Are you factory or trading company?

We are factory . BONA Group have owned tube factory ,container factory and also a trading company.

We export tubes and bottles to worldwide more than 20years.

2. What is your payment method?

For new customer , usually 50%TT deposit and 50%balance before delivery.

3.Could I quote the DDP delivery cost ?

Yes , we have the cooperated freight companys which can quote you the cheap price.Pls find our sales to quote the delivery cost.

4.Can you accept the small order ? 

Yes , if you have the difficults for the MOQ , pls contact with US .

5. Could you help me to design a simple artwork for printing ?

Yes , we have the designer who can help you.
