1. Customer provides customization requirements. Please inform us of the product to be filled inside the tube, the required capacity, and your preferred cap style.
2. We formulate a dedicated packaging solution. A targeted solution is designed according to your requirements.
3. Customer approves the packaging solution. You check and confirm the finalized solution.
4. We offer a die-line drawing (printing area). We send the die-line file showing the exact printing area.
5. Customer arranges artwork layout. You place the outlined artwork on the printing area and return it to us.
6. Print artwork confirmation. We send the finalized print-ready artwork for your approval before printing.
7. Sample production and confirmation. We produce 10–20 finished samples for your inspection and confirmation.
8. Mass production arrangement. Once samples are confirmed, mass production starts within 40 days.
