1. Customer provides customization requirements: please inform us of the product to be filled inside the tube, the required capacity, and your preferred cap style.
2. We formulate a dedicated packaging solution designed around your specific requirements.
3. Customer approves the packaging solution: you check and confirm the finalized solution.
4. We provide the die-line drawing (printing area) showing the exact printable area.
5. Customer arranges artwork layout: place the outlined artwork on the printing area and return it to us.
6. Print artwork confirmation: we send the finalized print-ready artwork for your approval before printing.
7. Sample production & confirmation: we produce 10–20 finished samples for your inspection and confirmation.
8. Mass production arrangement: once samples are confirmed, mass production starts within 40 days.
